THE AI BOOM, BROUGHT HOME
Every AI answer, generated image and business application takes computing power. This program gives qualifying solar homeowners a way to participate by hosting computing equipment at home.

The International Energy Agency reports that AI-focused data-center capacity more than tripled in 18 months. Market growth does not guarantee paid workloads for an individual home node.
NER coordinates with installation partners from eligibility and design through paperwork and installation, including HOA application assistance where required. Required approvals remain subject to review.

01
An approved GPU appliance is installed indoors and connected to your home's electricity and internet. The operator owns and ordinarily maintains it.
02
The operator routes paid AI and other compute workloads to the equipment. The fixed base is independent of compute demand. Network performance determines the variable bonus.
03
Revision 2.10 provides a guaranteed plan base plus an earned variable bonus. Authorized bill payments count toward that payment once; remaining cash is paid to you.
The node uses electricity. This program pairs compute hosting with a qualifying new solar installation, with or without batteries. NER reviews your home's usage, roof, utility and total project costs. Your NER advisor helps you select a GPU when designing your solar project. We review the node’s electricity use alongside your household usage. Your proposal identifies the equipment, and your signed hosting schedule sets the payment plan. This is not a standalone compute-node offer. A separate solar loan or lease remains subject to its own payment terms even if hosting ends.
GUARANTEED BASE + VARIABLE BONUS
Take your pick. Which AI computer fits your home?
Host an AI computer with qualifying new solar and receive a monthly payment from the hosting provider. The provider guarantees the fixed monthly base during eligible hosting from activation—even when compute demand or revenue is zero. The additional bonus varies and may be zero.
$200 / month
Paid to you by the hosting provider
Guaranteed base + up to $150 variable bonus. Up to $350 total monthly.
$300 / month
Paid to you by the hosting provider
Guaranteed base + up to $300 variable bonus. Up to $600 total monthly.
$400 / month
Paid to you by the hosting provider
Guaranteed base + up to $400 variable bonus. Up to $800 total monthly.
Before household expenses and taxes. Solar payments remain separate. These are the node and plan pairings available through NER. Your signed hosting schedule confirms your payment plan.
Revision 2.10 provides a thirty-year service term, subject to lawful earlier termination, with provider-paid equipment maintenance, upgrades, repairs and replacements. Required connection and cooperation duties apply. If hosting starts or ends partway through a month, your payment is based on the number of eligible hosting days in that month.
The fixed base contributes toward costs; it does not include separate utility or internet shortfall reimbursement. Existing customers’ signed agreements govern their terms. Qualifying new solar, property/program approval and financing approval if financed are required.

In North Carolina, we generally design compute projects around a cash purchase or financed solar. In California and New Jersey, a solar lease may also qualify. In Florida, ask your advisor to check lease availability for your property and utility. Across all participating states, we confirm purchase or financing options, equipment and provider approval for your address. Financing requires approval.
Think of it as hosting one specialized computer. The provider sends it computing jobs and keeps the equipment running. Your home supplies power and internet. NER helps you plan the node alongside qualifying new solar.
Revision 2.10 provides a fixed monthly base per enrolled node: Core $200, Plus $300, Max $400. NER’s PRO 6000 offering uses the Max plan. Your signed hosting schedule controls the plan. The base is payable during eligible hosting from activation even with no paid compute work.
The variable bonus is allocated from 50% of positive monthly network surplus after contract-defined costs and reserves. Additional monthly caps are Core $150, Plus $300 and Max $400. Bonus may be zero; the base is not reduced because network earnings are insufficient.
You can direct payments toward authorized bills. For example, if your monthly hosting payment is $400 and you direct $250 toward an approved bill, $150 remains from that payment. You remain responsible for household bills and separate solar payments.
Plan for a dry indoor spot, such as a garage or utility room, with power and a 1 Gbps internet connection. Your installation partner confirms the location and connections before installation.
You supply both. NER reviews the node’s expected electricity use alongside your utility rate and solar design. Your monthly base can help with costs. The hosting agreement provides no separate reimbursement for an electricity or internet shortfall.
Payments start accruing at activation. A partial first month is prorated and payment is due by the 15th of the following month. Your statement breaks out the fixed base and any earned bonus. The provider’s app lets you check payouts and see whether the node is online.
The provider owns the equipment and is responsible for necessary maintenance, upgrades, repairs and replacements at no cost to the host throughout the thirty-year service term, subject to the agreement. Upgrades do not reduce the enrolled plan’s base or bonus cap.
Payments begin at activation and continue during eligible hosting for the thirty-year service term unless lawfully ended earlier. Partial months are prorated. Temporary outages and provider-directed maintenance do not reduce the base under Section 15.2. Connection and cooperation duties apply. The agreement does not provide optional termination for convenience.
Contact NER before closing so we can coordinate with the hosting provider. A buyer may be able to assume the hosting agreement. Ask for written transfer instructions and review any separate solar loan or lease with your lender or lease provider.
Qualifying new solar is required. A battery is optional. NER reviews property and program eligibility with you. Financing approval is required if financed. Existing customers’ signed agreements continue to govern their terms.
Your NER advisor helps you select a GPU during solar design. We review expected power use, your utility and the equipment available for your project. The program pairs PRO 4500 with Core, PRO 5000 with Plus, and PRO 6000 with Max. Your signed hosting schedule identifies your enrolled plan and payment terms.
Lease options are available for select qualifying California and New Jersey projects, subject to provider, property and project approval. For Florida, ask NER to confirm lease availability for your specific project. North Carolina projects generally use cash or financing. Solar payments are separate from hosting payments.

NER helps review your property, solar design, hosting plan and provider terms. The hosting provider owes the guaranteed base. NVIDIA does not endorse NER or guarantee payments. Provider identities and binding terms are disclosed before enrollment.
