This website is provided for general information about home AI compute hosting, solar, roofing, insurance-restoration, and home renovation services. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, or other visitors' use of it.

Submitting a form is a request for contact and does not create a contract for services. Any pricing, savings, financing, or program figures shown on the website or discussed before a signed agreement are estimates for illustration only. Actual availability, eligibility, pricing, and terms depend on your home, roof, utility, and a site-specific evaluation, and are confirmed only in a written agreement.

The hosting provider’s Revision 1.7 agreement, Section 19, contractually guarantees payment of defined covered electricity-cost shortfalls against the documented pre-program baseline, plus qualifying required internet increases, after compute earnings are applied. This protection applies during eligible active hosting periods, including months with low or zero compute income. Solar savings count in the comparison. Protection ends when cancellation or termination becomes effective; accrued eligible shortfalls remain owed. Recovery is limited to future surplus compute earnings, without personal repayment or interest.

Compute payouts vary. The guarantee concerns defined covered costs rather than a fixed payout or profit. Review your specific solar financing payments and covered costs in the written proposal. Separate solar financing obligations continue if hosting ends. The hosting provider owes the guarantee; NER coordinates your introduction and proposal review. Website estimates and disclaimers do not modify or negate the provider’s written contractual protection obligations.

For storm-damage and roofing work, NER inspects and documents damage, provides a detailed repair scope and estimate, and can meet with your insurance adjuster to discuss the roofing work when appropriate. NER is not a public insurance adjuster and does not negotiate, adjust, or settle insurance claims on your behalf. Coverage determinations and claim decisions are made solely between the homeowner and the insurance company.

Solar options such as PPAs and leases are offered to eligible customers through third-party providers who own and maintain the equipment, and program discounts and financing are subject to eligibility and availability. Any tax incentives that may apply depend on project ownership, structure, timing, and eligibility. NER does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice — consult a qualified tax professional about your specific situation.
