For storm-damage and roofing work, NER inspects and documents damage, provides a detailed repair scope and estimate, and can meet with your insurance adjuster to discuss the roofing work when appropriate. NER is not a public insurance adjuster and does not negotiate, adjust, or settle insurance claims on your behalf. Coverage determinations and claim decisions are made solely between the homeowner and the insurance company.

Solar options such as PPAs and leases are offered to eligible customers through third-party providers who own and maintain the equipment, and program discounts and financing are subject to eligibility and availability. Any tax incentives that may apply depend on project ownership, structure, timing, and eligibility. NER does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice — consult a qualified tax professional about your specific situation.
